Australia’s Hannah Green clinched her second HSBC Women’s World Championship title after a one shot victory over America’s Auston Kim.

Green opened the final round with a birdie to extend her overnight lead at Singapore’s Sentosa Golf Club. She breezed through the front nine with clean pars and an eagle at the 8th to reach 14 under by the turn. Co-leader heading into the Sunday, fellow Australian Minjee Lee, failed to find the same momentum but Kim took the initiative with back-to-back birdies and an eagle at the 8th. Green persevered through a rockier back nine, producing three birdies to match three bogeys that left the door ajar for Kim. But the American settled on 13 under, only just shy of Green whose bogey at the last was enough for her to clinch victory on 14 under.

Green’s victory in Singapore marks her second since she won the same event in 2024. It was also the second time this year the Australian had her husband on the bag, as her usual caddie was unable to make it.

“It was absolutely a team effort over the last two weeks, and it’s very special to share my seventh win, which is also my favourite number, with him,” Green said afterwards.

“My usual caddie is applying for a green card and couldn’t leave the US, so it wasn’t part of the plan for the season. Luckily, my husband was able to pick up the bag for me.”

“I haven’t played with this kind of adrenaline in a long time, and we handled it really well.”

Lee shared third with France’s Pauline Roussin-Bouchard and America’s Angel Yin on 11 under. Last week’s Thailand winner and World No. 1 Jeeno Thitikul finished in a tie for 31st in the no-cut tournament with a 2-under 287 total. Just a shot ahead of her on 3 under was defending champion Lydia Ko.
