Top 5 DP World Tour Graduates for the 2025 PGA TOUR Season
Rasmus Højgaard
Five-time DP World Tour winner Rasmus Højgaard will confidently match to the PGA TOUR for the 2025 season after missing narrowly a year ago. The 23-year-old enjoyed seven top-10 finishes this season, including fending off Rory McIlroy to win the Amgen Irish Open. Interestingly, Højgaard will reunite with his twin brother, Nicolai, in the process.
Thriston Lawrence
Consistency pays, and despite not winning any DP World Tour titles in the 2024 season, Thriston Lawrence earned a PGA TOUR card after posting five runners-up and five other top-10 finishes in 25 events. The South African narrowly missed clinching the 2024 Open Championship title and boasts six career wins worldwide.
Paul Waring
Englishman Paul Waring will be heading to the PGA TOUR for the first time in his 18-year professional career. In 2024, the 39-year-old clinched his second DP World Tour title at the Abu Dhabi HSBC Championship, finishing fifth in the Race to Dubai rankings. His only other win came at the 2018 Nordea Masters.
Jesper Svensson
Jesper Svensson has risen steadily since winning two Big South Conference titles at Campbell University and amassing victories at the Nordic Golf League and Europe’s Challenge Tour. In March 2024, the golfer outsmarted Kiradech Aphibarnrat in a playoff to clinch the Porsche Singapore Classic, paving the way for a PGA TOUR card.
Niklas Norgaard
Danish golfer Niklas Norgaard posted an impressive run in 2024, clinching his first DP World Tour title at the Betfred British Masters in early September. The former Nordic Golf League star also recorded a runner-up finish at the Soudal Open and four other top-10s, catapulting him to the top 10 on the DP World Tour Eligibility Ranking.
