The holders of the below titles qualify automatically:

  • U.S. Women’s Amateur Champion
  • Women’s Amateur Asia-Pacific Champion
  • Women’s Amateur Champion
  • Girls Junior PGA Champion
  • U.S. Girls’ Junior Champion
  • R&A Girls Amateur Champion
  • ANWA champions within the last five years

After the above seven qualifications, you can also make it to the list by:

  • Being among the top 30 USA female amateur players based on the 2022 final Women’s World Amateur Golf Ranking.
  • Ranking among the top 30 worldwide amateurs listed on 2022’s women’s WAGR.
  • Receiving a special invitation from the hosting committee.

The 2023 Augusta National Women’s Amateur boasts five major presenting partners: Rolex, Mercedes-Benz, IBM, AT&T, and Bank of America.

To highlight just how significant the upcoming 4th edition of ANWA will be, Golf Channel will broadcast the first two rounds live from Champions Retreat Golf Club from 1:30-3:30 p.m. ET on 29th and 30th March.

NBC Sports will then take charge of the much-awaited final round at Augusta National and broadcast live for three hours from noon-3 p.m. ET on Saturday, 1st April.

Winner’s Perks

The winner who will lift the 2023 ANWA trophy will have many reasons to smile. So long as she remains an amateur player, the golfer will receive direct invitations to the Augusta National Women’s Amateurs for five years.

Additionally, the 2023 ANWA champion will receive invitations to this year’s Women’s Open, US Women’s Open, and any PGA of America, R&A, and USGA amateur championships for which she is eligible for one year.
