Luke List came from five strokes behind with a final-round 66 and birdied the first extra hole to defeat Will Zalatoris in a playoff. List shot a 32 on the front nine to enter the fray, then birdied the 72nd hole and waited two hours before Zalatoris, who closed with a 71, missed an eight-foot birdie putt to end regulation in a tie.
