10 Great Ways to Improve Your Golf Game

Improve Your Golf Game
  1. Rotate Your Torso

Far too many players think that the speed and power are generated from the arms and wrists, but the torso is the real engine of the golf swing.

Torso rotation creates the bulk of speed in the golf swing, so it is worth spending some time working on it. Set up in your usual address position and position a club across your shoulders. Rotate your core from your target while holding the club in place with both hands, not stopping until the club is pointing at the ball on the ground. The next step is to rotate your core in the opposite direction until the opposite end of the club is pointing at the ball.

This exercise allows you to rotate your core while maintaining your same spine angle properly.

  1. Keep Your Head Down

The temptation is strong for us all to follow the ball down the fairway but keeping your eyes firmly down at the ball’s position until your follow-through is finished is vital.

If your head goes even a fraction of a second too early, then all the progress you’re making on your swing goes out the window.
